Auto Speaker is a convenient utility designed to enhance users' call experience by automating the speaker functionality on their mobile devices. The primary purpose of this app is to manage the speaker status during phone calls based on the phone's orientation and the proximity of the device to the user's ear. Utilizing the phone's built-in proximity sensor, it can detect when the device is held close to the ear and selectively activate or deactivate the speaker mode accordingly.

For those who prefer hands-free operation during calls, the utility offers a seamless solution. It cleverly deactivates the speaker when a headset is connected, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted call experience. When an active call is in progress, a user-friendly control button on the screen is introduced, which users can toggle to enable (indicated by a green icon) or disable (indicated by a red icon) the speaker function automatically. Users also have the option to manage the service using a notification in the status bar rather than the on-screen control button. Keep in mind that deactivating the service will result in the speaker turning off.

To cater to various device and user preferences, a range of features is offered including the ability to set default service status, tie service activation to the silent or vibrate phone settings, configure speaker volume levels when transitioning to speaker mode, and keep the screen active during speakerphone or headset use.

Customization options are also available for fine-tuning aspects such as the delay time for turning the speaker on and off, choosing between a control button or status bar notification for service management, and modifying the control button's position and transparency.

The calibration option within the settings ensures optimal performance across different devices, particularly for those that may require calibration for proper function.
